Physical Education

The Our Lady of Humility School mission statement emphasizes the importance of developing the “whole child”. The importance of physical education flows from this belief and provides every child the opportunity to explore the world of athletics and physical fitness through participation in activities at both the individual and team level. Sportsmanship as a natural outgrowth of our Catholic faith is emphasized as is individual improvement and the enjoying of purposeful effort.

Physical education is taught in all grades from preschool through grade eight with students in seventh and eighth grade have class twice a week.
